CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit goes toward appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. $10 late fee. Anything after 15 min may be canceled. 2 no shows you will not be able to book again. Cancel/reschedule 48 hours in advance or you will have to schedule new appointment with a new deposit. No foreign fills! I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If not paid, you will not be able to book again. I DO NOT offer fills on work that is not mine. If I’m with a client please wait in hallway seating. I want every client to receive a private appointment. Thank you 3.5% card fee.
